Wind Machines
A story of families moving across the plains to California, beautifully realized in a large format artists book designed and printed letterpress by Robin Price. Bright calico fabrics decorate the covers of this album-style binding by Daniel Kelm.
This is the forth in a series of a collaboration between Glenna Lueschia, poet laureate of San Luis Obispo County 2000, and artist Anita Segalman. Previous collaborations have won the Rounce and Coffin Club Western Books Exhibition. Various colored papers have the poetry and woodblocks on alternating pages, making this an extremely appealing book. 50 copies. (11 x 14 inches; 11 pp.)
